I have a Acer Predator PH517-5, with both an SSD and HDD, both internal, I've cleaned them both using shred in Linux more than once, without any problems until one day when I shredded them both the HDD was completely invisible to windows, I'll spare the details because it's a very long story that I'm not going to repeat, everything that I've tried or I know it's in this Forum's Thread: https://www.ntlite.com/community/index.php?threads/laptops-hdd-completely-missing-in-windows-10.4257/ , feel free to ask me anything that could be a possible solution.

Can you still see the HDD in the disk management or the BIOS?

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Hello, I lost access to my old account so I made a new one, so I'm gonna be answering all the questions you will probably ask me:
Can't see it in Disk management, File Explorer, Diskpart, or any third party software, it's like it doesn't exist
    The Bios shows as follows:
    HDD0 Model Name: HFS256G39TND-N210A
    HDD1 Model Name: None
    HDD1 Model Name: WDC WD10SPZX-21Z10T0
And I know it's not a hardware issue because the drive is read and works correctly in Linux so there is no physical conection missing, nor any damage.
