Hello! Recently I bought Acer Nitro V 15 anv15-51PT. I have downloaded new bios 1.09 (I had 1.08) and installed it. Now I can't open nitrosene with button on keyboard and it can't find SNID. Works incorrect

You can try reinstalling the NitroSense to see if the SNID shows up again.

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Try windows + x - go to command prompt admin or power shell admin or Terminal admin

type " wmic bios get serial number "

Go to bios by tapping f2 (laptop) or del (desktop) while turning on the computer.

Go to Info tab next to main

It will show you the serial number

Look at the white sticker on the side of computer ( Desktop ) or at the bottom of laptop

It will show you the snid.

I know serial number :) The problem is that nitrosene can't understand what PC it is and it doesn't work correct (I can't open it with nitrosensebutton, it can't see DTS x and other apps in nitrosene, can't control light and timeout on my keyboard etc.)

I understand you say "Hello! Recently I bought Acer Nitro V 15 anv15-51PT. I have downloaded new bios 1.09 (I had 1.08) and installed it."

Installing new bios is the cause of the issue.

Upgrading bios is not recommended. It can be done only for known issues.

Going back to old bios will fix the issue.

Try to start the NS program in the All Apps of Win-11 section a few times and see if that triggers the NS key on the keyboard to work. As the NS software has been problematic and unfortunately there are no solutions to fixing these issues. On my Nitro AN515-56 NS version 3.01.3028 for my laptop worked 100% and perfectly and still does from the keyboard, but when I had to do a clean install of Win-11 it was problematic to install and it wouldn't install, except and after a long trial and error installation attempt(s) when I figured out that it can be installed if I installed the NS file in two stages and within the NitroSenseV3.1 folder and clicking on the APPXBUNDLE File, and then iyt installed and worked 100%. Which I don't think the your laptops NS versions 4.5.959 or 4.5.975_20230809 for the ANV15-51 can be installed like that. You will need to wait for an Acer NS ANV15-51 update or ask Acer tech support for a solution. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
