Hi, my touchscreen no longer works on the monitor which is less than 1 year old. I have followed the previous advice to remove the cords, hold the power button for 40 secs and reinstall the cords. No fix.

Do you have the USB cord connected between the monitor and the computer? That's usually the culprit.

Thanks Billysey, yes I do although it plugs into a hub as my MacBook Air only offers USBC. However, it has worked before via a hub

I've tried two hubs too, neither work

Maybe the cord has gone bad?

The monitor is only 12 months old. Does it have any warranty?

Check whether the cable is connected at the back of the monitor, if yes than unplug all the wires that is connected to the monitor(including the power cable)than press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and check.

You should have at least a 1 year warranty, so contact Acer support.
