Hello. I've got a problem with laptop model. I have laptop's serial number and SNID and I need to find out it`s model. But I only receive messages that SNID and s/n both are invalid or aren't found. Please suggest how should I solve this problem. SNID XXXXXXX

Please look at the back of laptop. There will be a white sticker. It will show you the model no.

Please press f2 while turning on the computer . It will go to bios. On the info menu you can see the model no.

After loading windows - try windows x - go to power shell admin or terminal admin - command prompt admin

Try wmic bios get serialnumber on command prompt

It will show you the serial no

    On run - type - msinfo32

It will show you the model no

Try windows + pause key on keyboard after logging in to windows

It will show you the system properties window

You can see the model no

This notebook was seized by police, then stolen so I can't look at its back. And I need to find out notebook's model for cost estimation.

When you purchased the laptop, you might have received a email. Please look at the invoice bill for snid, serial no or model no

Please look at the bank statement check where you purchased this laptop. If you purchased at store or amazon, ebay contact them to get the invoice bill.
