I finally figured it out. I was thinking about the C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\PredatorBifrost settings.json not showing anything. I decided to use the setup to delete the Bifrost software and look to see if that file deleted too. Well it doesn't! So I went ahead and deleted the entire folder in Roaming. I reloaded the newest software and it worked right away. Woohoo back in business. Hope this helps everyone and I'm also running the newest intel driver too.

I did not have the same luck. Using latest Intel drivers. It is strange because when I first loaded the software it worked. Then it stopped working and it never worked after that. It may be an issue with the Intel drivers because a part of me believes the issue happened after I installed the Intel drivers. I prefer to have the Intel drivers installed than being able to adjust RGB. Ahhh the joys of drives!

I have been having this issue for months, so i went into C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PredatorBifrost and deleted settings (JSON File) and deleted everything in "Presets" folder.

App actually loaded after doing this!!

    Hopefully it stays working….

Hi even I have the same issue, it was working initially when I updated the intel drivers, but it stopped working.

It's sometimes very frustrating to see the RGB lights always on and no way to control the fan speed.

We really need an update soon from the acer.

It was working for me and stopped for some reason. I simply deleted the Settings.json file and then it launched fine.

There's no roaming file on my computer but the app still won't load

The AppData folder is typically hidden, so you wouldn't see Roaming either.

Well, anyway. I had this issue after a Driver update -A770-, or getting a new mouse??

Un/in driver, un/in PreditorBifrost, same ol. Tried DSIM /restore, SFC, no help.

Finally had to re-install the utility PreditorBifrostSetup.exe with "run as admin" and then… fixed.
