Yes, and if you click on Action on the header in Services you will see Export and file type, .txt or .csv. When you reply click on the Paperclip (upload) and attach the .csv file.

@Puraw i dont seem to find services(local) in task scheduler.

These are three completely different Windows programs: Services, Task Scheduler and Task Manager. In the Windows Search bar type Services and click on Services (System), the listing will appear like that picture above.

Click on "Export List" at the top left of your picture, select xxxx.CSV for file type as I showed on my pictures, give the file a name (replace xxxx) and save it. Have you used a PC before, how old are you? 😉

here is the CSV file
and can i delete this later when your finish checking it? i also have a file of my event viewer in my documents section in file explorer can i delete these thing safely?

Yes, you can delete the .CSV file. I looked at it and you did not uninstall anything. What is your problem with your laptop? If it runs OK just leave everything the way it is now. If you want to uninstall Acer Care Center, type Add and Remove Programs in the Windows Search box and click on AcerCareCenter and at the right side you see three dots … click on the dots and click on Uninstall. Forget about all my previous posts as that requires some experience with PCs. I have to stop with this thread, enjoy your laptop and don't worry about files. 😊

Try windows X and go to program and features. You can see the list of programs. On the list you can see Acer Care center. You can safely remove it.
