Hi, I got the laptop a few days ago, every time I lid closed the laptop, it's always screen crashed and I had to restart it, below is the picture of when the screen crashed.

Here is the system information of my device:

Disable Hibernate and Fast Startup and change settings in "Change what closing the lid does" to do "Nothing". Reset the Power Plan settings to factory defaults. If still issues, refresh Windows system image with the command prompt (opened as administrator) paste this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press enter, after completion paste this in the command prompt: SFC /scannow and press enter. Repeat the commands till you see successfully completed and "…did not find any integrity violations".

    Thanks, it works

The setting before was Sleep if the action closed the lid, so it's preferred to change it to Nothing. I thought that fast startup had nothing to do with it because it's recommended by the system, I guess it's preferred to uncheck it.

Microsoft (not me) recommends disabling both Hibernate and Fast Startup for Windows10 22H2 and higher versions (especially W11 23H2). This has to do with Modern Standby, the new Sleep Mode, implemented in these versions. Fast Startup is a hybrid combination of sleep and hibernate modes. Also note that after several hours in sleep mode the system will Hibernate, if you have wake-up issues after the laptop was in sleep mode better completely shut down the system. Wndows and BIOS updates may fix that. You can completely disable Modern Standby in the registry, but I recommend to wait for updates. Actually, Fast Startup became obsolete with the arrival of the fast NVMe SSD as boot drives.
