After setting all "what" up? In other words, what did you set all up after formatting? If you set up a non-factory non-OEM operating system like a generic Microsoft Windows version, the hidden factory recovery partition may no longer be accessible.

Try this. Re-enter the BIOS menu. Set and save a supervisor password. Don't forget it. Then exit the BIOS. Shut down the machine. Then turn it back on and re-enter the BIOS with the supervisor password. Then disable secure boot. Then save settings and exit again. Shut down. Turn it back on and immediately press and hold ALT key while tapping the F10 key. If the recovery partition is still accessible, an Acer factory reset menu may appear.

by setting up i mean to settup windows

And the alt + f10 method after disabling secure boot boots into windows recovery (firstly showing bitlocker screen) not the acer recovery but after enabling secure boot even after holding alt and tapping f10 it boots straight to system

    Any solution to this?

Ok after turning off bitlocker in windows disabling secure boot has no effect it boots straight into windows after secure boot disabled and holding alt+tapping f10

Yes I know. But what Windows version did you install after formatting & deleting the ACER factory Windows version?

Your laptop still has Acer warranty, I recommend bringing it to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults for a small service fee or free of charge.

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. Unfortunately, the factory OEM version recovery partition is almost always overwritten or rendered inaccessible after a generic version installation.

This is one of the reasons why Acer recommends creating an OEM recovery image USB stick soon after purchase. Otherwise, you'll have to order the OEM image stick at 1-800-910-2237 if you got the machine in US or Canada or choose your region at this link and request the stick for your regional Acer service center. Usually costs ~$50usd.

To use the OEM stick, the F12 boot option should be enabled in the BIOS menu. Then tap the F12 on startup to bring up a menu that allows booting from the recovery stick instead of Win11Pro.

    Sorry for the hassle.

the real problem is that when i call the acer service center in my country (India) the acer employs are completely unaware about the factory recovery media/OEM image stick and the are constantly telling me to download one from windows site

Then ask the service center if they can re-install the Acer OEM factory image for you.

Use this link for a service center if you haven't done so already. Click on raise service request. Or call customer care. Ask if they can try to get you the original factory Acer OEM Windows version that was pre-loaded on the machine that you bought. If not, try another service center in another state.
