Hello, as shown in the video, within a few seconds I have a temporary system jam, which makes gaming tiring. Windows 11 has been cleanly installed for over a week, drivers are up to date. What could be the reason for this?

  • Hi @Johnny132 please indicate the model of the equipment.
Have you used Acer drivers or installed any of the ones provided by the device manufacturers?
How do you have the power mode configured?

    All the best.

I have Nitro AN515-57 NH.QEWEP.004, the power plan is balanced, I have always had it like that, and I have the drivers downloaded from the Acer website, only the graphics card drivers are downloaded from the Intel and Nvidia websites.

  • It is better to only use Acer drivers and not those from Intel or NVidia, keep in mind that Acer drivers are also created by Intel or NVidia but custom made for the equipment and obtain optimal performance and operation, in fact, Intel gives you It usually warns when trying to install its drivers that you should not do so and use those from the equipment manufacturer.

    All the best.

but Acer does not update these drivers and on the website they are outdated, from 2022. So I have to use old drivers all the time?

Additionally, there are no drivers for Intel VGA

  • To update you must go to Windows Update.

    All the best.

Well, I don't know, but I haven't seen such updates for some time

You can try to control GeForce RTX 3050 with the NIVIDIA Graphics Control Panel application and select what programs will run with 3050, or priority is given to the integrated GPU (Intel UHD) or the GPU selection is set to automatic. The freezing is indicating a driver issue. I suggest that you uninstall the 2 Display drivers with DDU in Safe Mode, reboot and let W11 install new drivers. If that failed run DDU again in Safe Mode and let it search for stray (old) drivers in the Windows Driver Store, click all old display NVIDIA and Intel drivers
found and remove, reboot and check in Device Manager if the 2 GPU drivers are installed and do not have a yellow exclamation mark, also check the hidden devices and expand all devices for the yellow problem marks.

From what I noticed, it happens during some games, but without my intervention, these notches also disappeared when using the laptop. If it appears, I will try your advice. Thank you
