    Hi,

No, there's a built-in mechanism which will stop charging the battery when it's fully charged, users don't need to do anything.

When playing games, the power is switched between low and high performance because of auto discharge. Is there any other way to avoid this.

That should not happen, the AC "Brick" adapter power is both charging the battery and the system at the same time, sounds like a Power Plan issue, Try Best Performance Power Plan and reset Power Plan settings to factory defaults. What is the power rating of the "Brick" adapter, assuming you are not using a USB-C charger?

Check your game is using a high-performance GPU. If not then customize your graphic card setting through the operating system or dedicated graphics control panels

I restored all the power settings and set the power plan to high performance.
I use MSI Afterburner to test the fps, temperature and other parameters. The temperature seems normal for CPU(82C-90C) and GPU(80C-86C). The power wattage CPU drops along with the fps. It suddenly drops down form smooth 60fps to a flat 21fps. I tried every solution nothing seems to work, any help is appreciated Thank You!

When your battery hits 100% it stops charging. The reason, why your performance drops when not charging, is to save your battery from damage, caused by very quick discharge. If the laptop used 100% performance, while on battery power, your battery life will be about twice less. So, there's a built-in mechanism which will stop charging the battery when it's fully charged.
