I have a laptop Aspire A315-59, Windows 11 pro.
Network Card Model: Mediatek MTK7663.

The essence of the problem:
I have local servers at work that I am trying to connect to. My computer and the server computer are on the same local network. I want to connect to it remotely. For example, using Windows Explorer or Total Commander. I do it this way:

cd \\192.***.**.***\\c$

The server explorer opens and everything works, access to the local network remains and I see the server. But Internet access is lost on my PC.

I opened cmd and tried to track the moment when the Internet goes missing. It disappears exactly at the moment of connecting to the server.
When I DISCONNECT from the server, I still don't have internet access. The only thing that helps me is a complete reboot of the laptop. I do not know what it is.

There are no problems with the servers. I think the problem may be in the laptop's network card?
I have updated the drivers several times. Nothing helps. I have been trying to solve this problem for several months.

Connection: Wi-Fi, LAN.

Have you tried any of these steps

Disable IPv6 Temporarily: Some users have reported that disabling IPv6 can help with network issues. You can disable it from the network adapter settings.
Winsock Reset: This command resets the network adapter software to its default state. Open Command Prompt with Administrator permission, type netsh winsock reset and press Enter. Restart the computer to complete the resetting.
Check Other Network Settings: If you’re connecting via Wi-Fi, try connecting via LAN, or vice versa. Also, check if the issue persists when connecting to a different server or network.

I've tried everything possible already. I turned off IPv6, it doesn't help me. I tried all the commands. Unsuccessfully.
    This did NOT help me.

    1. netsh int ip reset
    2. netsh int tcp reset
    3. ipconfig /flushdns
    4. ipconfig /registerdns
    5. ipconfig /release
    6. ipconfig /renew
    7. netsh winsock reset
    8. route -f

    • Having exhausted all readily available troubleshooting steps, including disabling IPv6 and executing various network commands (netsh int ip reset, netsh int tcp reset, ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /registerdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, netsh winsock reset, and route -f), the persistent network issue remains unresolved.

    • Specific details regarding the encountered network problem and the operating system environment would be highly beneficial in assisting with further diagnosis and potential solutions.
