Dear community,
I have Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-57).
I understand that it has Thunderbolt 4 USB-C. I downloaded the drivers from the support page and installed them as administrator on my Windows 11. Yet, when I connect my Dell S2722DC monitor through USB-C, I get the following message from Windows: "Display connection might be limited. Make sure the DisplayPort device you're connecting to is supported by your PC."
Dell page states the following about the monitor:
"USB-C upstream/DisplayPort with Power Delivery (DisplayPort 1.2 mode / power up to 65W)"
Can anyone help explain what is the problem here? Why is this not working?
