For optimal performance, use USB 3.2 Gen 1 / Gen 2-certified devices as that is probably why its not working as the spec of this port is clearly outlined in the AN515-57 manual, btw it works for my AN515-56 as its the same laptop virtually..

Your Nitro 5 AN515-57 has the following USB-Cs and what this port does:

    1. USB Type-C / Thunderbolt™ 4 - Connects to USB devices with a USB Type-C connector. Supports Thunderbolt™ 4
    2. USB Type-C port - Connects to USB devices with a USB Type-C connector. Supports USB 3.2 Type-C, Gen 2 with transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps.

    USB Type-C information

    • USB 3.2 Gen 2 with transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps.
    • Supports DisplayPort™ audio/video output.
    • Compatible with Thunderbolt™ 4.
    • Delivers up to 3 A at 5 V DC for USB charging.

I have the same model and same issue, no display support on the USB C port even though it is 3.2 Gen 2. Did that adapter you listed work for you?

    ORIGINAL

Não tentem nenhum outro tipo de adaptador além do USB 3.0 x HDMI ! dinheiro jogado fora !! o USB-C de forma alguma funciona mesmo com adaptador de conversão de sinal !!

    TRANSLATED

Do not try any other type of adapter other than USB 3.0 x HDMI! money thrown away!! USB-C in no way works even with signal conversion adapter!!
