Hello people, My predator sense program does not run right on start up if the ethernet is connected to my laptop on initial boot up. If I unplug the ethernet cable and then restart the laptop, plug in the ethernet once I log back in, then the program runs just fine with no issues. Has anyone encountered this issue before and how can I fix this problem? Laptop is a predator helios 16 btw, rtx 4080, intel core I9 and 16 gigs of ram. Thanks.

Which model is it? There have been a lot of Helios models over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PHxxx-xxx-xxxx. Which OS is installed? Which version of Predator Sense is installed? I assume Windows itself loads fine with the Ethernet cable connected, it's just PS that has the issue?

The model is a PH16-71, I'm on windows 11 and have the latest predator sense downloaded. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, done all the tricks after googling the problem, took it back to best buy where i got it and they couldn't even figure it out. Finally I was just messing around, took out the ethernet and boom that fixed it. I have not ran across any threads of anyone having this issue which is very strange to me.

OK, it's likely best at this point to contact Acer support and give them a bug report. I can't see any reason it would act like that, short of a bug in the PS code.
