Hi all,

Yesterday I get a new Predator 18" with RTX 4080 graphics card. First thing I did is to select turbo mode in predator sense and run 3d mark time spy test, I get aroud 15.000 points, which is a very low score (I see the normal score in this computer should be between 19K-20K.) Then I selected silence mode and run the test again. I get around 14.900, so almost the same score as turbo mode. There is something wrong here. Nvidia software says 175W so it should run at full speed.

The Specs are:

Model PH18-71

13900HX, RTX 4080, 32GB RAM DDR5, 2TB SSD, 240hz screen.

I´m not an expert. Does it mean there is thermal throttling? Any ideas how can I fix it, or is hardware problem? In other forum I read something about using Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstall nvidia software again...

Thanks
