Also even though I bought the computer 1 month ago, is there way for me to get a refund on this computer or atleast a replacment? There have been many issues and this computer does not suite me needs as it stated it would. Its just becoming more and more of a hassle. I contacted the store that I bought a 2 year FULL warrenty(Staples) for and they said I was not in the 15 day return policy and they also said to contact ACER. I feel like I've wasted my money on this investement, is there any way you could help me?

The 7350 is an OEM-only card. Because of this, the only source for drivers will be from Acer. AMD obviously will not be able to provide any drivers from their site, so im asking for driver help from Acer for your 7350 card.
The driver that I currently have in use is a generic Windows driver, it won't offer any OpenGL support at all. Are there any drivers from Acer would give the OpenGL 4.1 support that I'm looking for? Or do I have to sell this computer
