how do i get a replacement 23.8" touchscreen for an Aspire C24-1651 AIO
I have an Aspire C24-1651(*) with a 23.8" touchscreen, and the screen has become accidentally damaged. All the computer aspects of the AIO are still fully functioning, it is just the touchscreen (pixels) that has failed. How do I get ahold of the part number of the screen itself and how I get ahold of a replacement? Where are the ACER repair centres in the UK ?

Best way to order these screens is to first see which screen you have installed in your C24 PC as there are two screens listed for your model AIO. Below are the screens listed for your C24-1651 AIO, best is to search the Acer part number, look at this Acer parts seller here "KL.2380I.012 $506.78" or look up the screen Acer part numbers and see if there is an Acer parts seller in your country. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Download HWINFO, install that and open, click on Monitor and note down: screen ID, part number and brand. Visit https://www.panelook.com/ and search the database for screen ID and part number, check the brand and your PC model. You will find all compatible types with exactly the panel that you have, availability and where to buy the screen. Take note of the LED cable plug (#pins) and clamps that may required. Also need double sided tape.

Note that those two part numbers from Acer are interchangeable. They are just sourced from two different vendors. Either will work with yours, no matter which is in it now.
