Why doesn't my brand new laptop Nitro 16 turn on every time?

I just got my new Nitro 16 yesterday, right out of the box it would not turn on. The keyboard does the Orange light effects, no display. After turning it off and on 5-6 times it finally worked, and didn't have any issues.

This morning I opened the lid and the screen didn't come on, I had to hold power down and restart, and again it took 9 or 10 times before it finally worked.

    im having the same issue got my laptop acer predator helios neo 16 couple of weeks back i thought it happened only once but now im facing this issue daily , ive asked for help and most of them said exchange the product so guess ill be doing that

    For sure, that's what I am thinking. I updated the bios (was 1.05 to 1.06), no change. I did change the bios to use the onboard video instead of letting it pick, and it booted first time.. I didn't push my luck and try again yet.

    I bought mine through Amazon and the seller upgraded it, so i'll go back through them. Don't want to risk the upgraded parts being lost if they just swap it. When I pull the specs on Acer by S/N it's showing it as having 16gb and a 1tb SSD, but it's now at 64gb and 4tb SSD.

    Side note.. It does say that the max is 32gb for this one on Acer's site, but it's def running 64, and usable when it boots lol, I wonder if that may have something to do with it.. But wouldn't explain why it boots sometimes.
