    Looks fine to me, I also have 2x8GB, 16GB-3200MHz RAM standard JEDEC (Micron: 8ATF1G6HZ3G2R1) and get exactly the same speed and latency with MaxMemm2 when plugged in, CPU-Z shows same timing (CL 22 @ 1600MHz) single rank 1Rx8, Dual Channel 3200MHz. It must be something with your display drivers, have you tried if the same thing happens in Safe mode doing some offline games?

    without thinking that this is related to the display drivers, I tried quite a lot of amd drivers btw this happens not only in games, but for example, at work, the laptop freezes and distorts the sound (if music was turned on) for literally 2-4 seconds, I will immediately say that there are no viruses and the ssd memory is not loaded enough so that something could hang

    @thrillzz

    Try to uninstall any 3rd party anti-virus and clean install the AMD driver.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!

     @AnhEZ28 I don't have any antivirus besides the standard one and the amd driver, I tried to download it from the site / Windows updates in different ways

    Apparently I won't find a solution to the problem
