Nitro AN515-58 extremely high ping when playing roblox,ping is just constantly 500

hello. i recently purchased the Nitro AN515-58 laptop, and i'm using ethernet to play. this laptop has really good specs that allow me to play any game that i want with decent FPS. however, everytime i launch roblox, my ping is just constantly high for some odd reason. however, this isnt the case on my old laptop, even if im connected wirelessly on that laptop my ping is low. but ever since i got this new laptop, im constantly having lag spikes, and my ping is just constantly atleast 500, and i only get a few seconds of solid 30 ping gaming before it goes back up. ive tried almost everything, adjusted my firewalls, power options, made sure nothing uses too much of my wifi, drivers are all updated. my speed test is not bad, considering ive been using the same wifi for my current and old laptop, and on the other one ive never had any problems when it came to wifi. id appreciate some help thanks.
