Hi, my PHN16-71 laptop is experiencing insufferable levels of keyboard input lag. My Corsair mouse I use with it does not experience any input lag. It makes gaming impossible and is now impacting just typing things out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled keyboard drivers, updated all of my drivers, am on the latest BIOS, etc etc. Nothing has fixed it. And then, as I was investigating, I found an error happening every few seconds in Event Viewer, being AcerDeviceInfoAgentService with event ID of 1025. The description says,

"The description for Event ID 1025 from source AcerDeviceInfoAgentService cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

1
Unknown service control 4

The system cannot find the file specified"

I am at a loss for how to fix things so I can enjoy gaming again. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

I would suggest to run cmd and type sfc /scannow since it basically repair files tha may be corrupted. There is also another command like DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth try to type in cmd as well
