Acer premium technical support is a joke!

I would advice anybody who needs genuine help with their acer product to avoid this service like the plague. They had me on the phone for hours, didn't call me back as they promised and then tried when I asked for a refund after being on the phone for over 8 hours they tried to tell me that they had infact solved the problem but I was now changing the cmplaint. Totally disgusted with this service
