I cannot download any drivers for this laptop. I recently installed Win8.1 on it, and only am running on Microsoft-supplied drivers which are causing some issues. The power saving/performance features on the Radeon GPU are causing the logon UI to display incorrectly, and AMD website supplied drivers completely brick the Intel IGPU.

SNID xxxx is not recognized by the website, and I cannot source functioning drivers anywhere.

There aren't any Windows drivers available anymore, you have to accept the fact that Windows versions have a maximum lifespan of 10 years, W7 was introduced in 2009 so 2019 was the end of W7 support, Acer stopped providing W7 drivers in 2022. The only alternative I see for you is to reinstall W7 with your instalation DVD, not sure if you will be able to activate it online. Alternatively install LINUX on your old Aspire laptop and look for a new W11 entry-level Aspire laptop, they are on sale now on Amazon from $350 up.
