PredatorSense Problem - freezes and stuttering Predator Orion PO3 - 630,

Every single time I turn on PredatorSense, the system starts to freeze for a few seconds every 20 - 30 minutes.

Same thing in games, but without any FPS drops, plus in FPS games there is a terrible stuttering.
When PredatorSense is turned off, everything works perfectly.
I tried reinstalling it, but that didn't help.
It's not a hardware problem because GPU usage in most demanding programs I use oscillates around 40%, CPU 20% and RAM max. 8GB.
This is also not the CPU temperature throttling problem, I replaced the cooler (thanks to good advices on this forum) and now it gets max. 60 celsius degrees.

When I check the system log file there are no problem reports.

Is there any way to fix that except not using this app?

Specs:
Model: Acer Predator Orion PO3 - 630,
Processor: I7 10700F, RTX 3060 12gb (newest drivers),
RAM: 32GB 3200Mhz,
System: win 10 home 64bit,
System hard drive: WD Blue SN 550 1TB NVMe SSD

There are a couple of things you can to mitigate it, other than just not running PS... Make sure your keyboard and mouse are connected to the USB 2.0 ports under the Ethernet on the back, not to one of the faster USB 3.0 ports. Next try doing any changes you wish in PS and the shut it down before starting the game.

Thanks for the answer, I managed to solve the problem but only partly. I installed the game on other disc than the OS plus quit internet connection and all apps running in the background and doing that I got rid of stuttering, conclusion - problem was being caused by the OS.

I didn't manage to find a way to eliminate freezing, so looks like the only way is as you said keeping PS off most of the time.

I reinstalled OS win 10 to Bloat Free win 10, downloaded PS, but version for other model "PredatorSense Acer 3.0 Aspire 7 A715-75G HTV" in witch I can control fan speed in my processor (i cannot before), theres another option to kinda overclock processor, but it seems no diffrence in benchmarks so whatever. Freezes and stuttering happen even after clean system installation, so it must be issue with PS monitoring 👍
