My nitro 5 is no longer charging when plugged in.

hi,

My laptop is not charging even when it is plugged in. The charge was getting low so I plugged it, but the light showing that it is powered didn't light up.
I made sure everything was well connected and nothing happened. I also went and bought a new charger and it worked for about 4 hours before the same thing happened.
Is it a common problem?

    Replace the battery if it is more than 3 years old and the capacity (in Windows Battery Report) is showing diminishing capacity over the last 3 days. Also use a 180W adapter instead of 135W.
