Nitro 5 Submit proof of purchase how likely my case will be reviewed and approved?
Hi! Just like other users, I have purchased Nitro 5 from Amazon last week. As soon as it's arrived I discover my warranty status is last year, so I have legit no warranty for this newly purchase product. I just submitted my proof of purchase to acer with my Amazon invoice. However, seeing all the horror stories out there, how likely my case will be reviewed and approved?
I can provide my serial number and invoice for proof.

There is no warranty issue with your new laptop and very few after sales complaints on this forum. Acer just extended the warranty period to two years from the date of delivery of laptops. 😀

I don’t get it, if they extend the warranty to 2 years, then what should I do to be qualified for, 1), modify the warranty the status to be the day I purchased the laptop instead of last year, 2.) to have 2 years of warranty coverage.
