My Acer Aspire laptop ran on a 45W charger. If I charge my laptop on a 65W charger, how will it affect its battery life, is it ok?

Hello, the model is A315-58-350L, Hope so it won't side effect on battery.

Should be fine as the 65watt unit is recommended for many models in this series

Probably OK. But there are many different Aspire models. Which one do you have? For example, A515-45?

Hi @Mani_kun a charger with more watts does not damage the equipment, on the contrary, it will heat up less as it is able to provide more power.

The important thing is the voltage and current intensity, which must be correct and indicated on your current charger.

I leave you the information from the service manual for your model where, as you can see, it supports both powers.

    All the best.
