Contact Acer support, they seem to be fairly lenient in providing warranty repair for those that aren't too far out of warranty. It's mostly a cosmetic issue, where the coating bubbles but the underlying plastic isn't really affected, but in some extreme cases it can affect the rest.

I am also facing the same issue, I requested to Acer team to assist me on this. I purchased this laptop on date 05/07/2021 and I had 2 year extended warranty with 1 year default, and which is coming to end on 04/07/2024. I raised this issue and happily I was assisted by the team promptly. The Case Id was raised after collecting necessary information from me about the machine. But here is the discouraging part come, what I have been told by one of the engineers from Acer that this issue is not covered under the extended warranty period. I do not understand why this is not covered as this was not my fault at all. The same engineer or what to say the member from acer suggested me to get it repaired outside the scope of warranty. That will cost me money which I have pay regardless of the fault of the Acer Manufacturing Team. I do not what should I do now. Also I wanted to know specifically what is covered under the 2 year extended period and what I am supposed to do this with 2 year extended warranty period.

It depends on the extended warranty issuer. Typically those are handled by essentially an insurance policy, not by the manufacturer. Warranty details are so much different for different locales that we can't even guess what it's like everywhere. Keep trying with Acer support, maybe try escalating to a supervisor?
