My Aspire A515-56 has begun to flicker (and the bottom of the screen goes blurry/changes colour), and there is a horizontal line often present across the screen. Is there a fix to this or does it need to be sent in for repair. (The laptop is less than a year old, btw)

    Check the eDP cable where it plugs into the screen and mainboard if its not lose or the cable is not damaged, as this cable is under allot of wear and tear when the laptop is opened and closed and could have gotten damaged, if its damaged then change the cable.

    Note: always disconnect the main battery and the charger adapter first before disconnecting the eDP plugs and cable to the screen and/or replacing the screen, because if you don't, then you could or will cause permanent damage to your laptop.
