Could it be that you have "Fast Boot" selected in BIOS?

Anyway, this isn't answer to your guestion, but does Windows Update offer you an upgrading to Win 11?

"To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update  > Check for updates."

While booting up and pressing F8 before Windows loads, do you get a boot menu?

Acer pre-installed windows is better for your PC. You will receive windows 11 update soon though windows update.

However, Windows 10 is alot better then windows 11 currently. I used windows 11 anand there was many bug and performance issue. I advise you to stick with windows 10 that came Pre-installed.

If you still want to install

The thing is that by default UEFI doesn't have an inbox driver to read NTFS partitions, need partitioned as a GPT in a FAT32 file system.

    Use Rufus to create

can you return it and buy one with the os already on it?

They sometimes offer base machines without an OS in some locales. You have to use the EFI shell to boot from your Windows install flash drive, and likely also have the VMD (Intel iRST) drivers available either in a folder on the Windows installer or on a separate flash drive. When the installer gets to the point where it asks you where to install, and nothing is shown, load the iRST drivers and your drive should show up. Make sure there aren't any partitions on it and tell it to install to the unallocated space and the rest should proceed without issue.

    I have an old computer

I Will take the ssd from the predator put it on the old computer install Windows 10 on it and put it back on the predator

    And reinstall windows 10

Once Windows launched on the predator it is ok, i can make all updates manually

The issue with that is the Windows installation will only have the drivers for the old computer, not the stuff needed by the new one. It might work, but doing that often gives you a lot of glitches that can be hard to diagnose. You are much better off to just install Windows directly on the new system. The only extra step that might be needed is the IRST drivers. Just download the latest ones from the Acer support site and extract it to your install flash drive, then add the driver when it gets to that screen. It's really pretty easy to do. Once you have Windows up and running Windows update will handle almost everything else for you.
