That's Probably msi afterburner. If you touch any unofficial overclocking/Voltage settings then this can happens.
Uninstall msi afterburner completely with removing all files and settings then restart your laptop and check

I never used MSI afterburner before this happened when i saw massive FPS drop then i used it to check the actual fps and power usage i didn't mess with any other settings. That's how i noticed it was only using 20W in high performance mode.

I have found a solution but I have to reinstall my graphics driver every time i want to play game/ restart my laptop. Is it worth it? I tried it and it works but every time i restart my pc I need to reinstall graphics driver. It will be ***** frustating. Is this problem only on acer? I see lot of people having same issue or It's just Nvidia graphics driver issue if yes, hope they fix this soon.😥
