for a couple years i've been using a ED322QR Pbmiipx 31.5 and from day one all the normal boot up stuff i normally see in windows 10 and have always seen in earlier variations of windows just stays as a black screen until the microsoft randomly changing picture that goes to passcode when you hit any key. always used to see the little blue windows icon, and the motherboard info for 2 or so seconds, maybe something else. not now.

it isn't an issue unless i have restarted because then i would need to see the list of hard drives that are in the box to scroll to the one with the os. so that's when i need to plug in my back up monitor ( an old acer 24" ) just to see what is going on.

don't know much so i would need pretty detailed instruction in what to do to change whatever needs to be done.
