What is the ram Frequency for this Acer Aspire 5 A515-56G-54JN model ? it comes with 8gb ram , Also I would like to know if it's 4gb soldered + 4gb in slot or the whole 8gb are soldered to the motherboard ?

Yes, most likely 4 GB is soldered on the motherboard the RAM frequency is 2667MHz, even if you install a DDR4 3200 MHz it will downclock to 2667MHz. To find out if possibly 8GB is soldered and the removable slot is still free, but you don't want to open the laptop yet to see that because of warranty concerns you can run CPU-Z and click on the SPD tab Slot #1

Or if you don't have CPU-Z installed run the Wmic command in the Command Prompt opened as Administrator:
wmic memorychip list full. Task Manager won't detect the difference between a soldered SODIMM or removable.

If the removable SODIMM slot is free you should buy exactly the same RAM module soldered on the motherboard, copy the DDR4 part number from CPU-Z or Wmic and Google but make sure it will be kit of 2 identical 8GB DDR4 modules so your RAM will run in Dual Channel Mode at maximum speed, 2667 MHz.

No you can't, there is also no way to "overclock" the RAM, BIOS does not support XMP profiles only standard JEDEC DDR4.
