Two S230HL monitors have the same issue

1)Both S230HL have the same issue

2)tried on two different computers

3)Other monitors work fine on both computers

4)Tried HDMI and VGA cables on both computers

5)Computers are gateway

6)OS is Windows 8

7)Monitor shows up in device manager as PnP Monitor

8)Blue light keeps blinking

9)No video at all

10)Tried power cycling both monitors

11)Both Monitors purchased from different vendors
