Where can I buy an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43-R3TY charging port? [Philippines]

What happened?

My laptop somewhere along the way develop a poor connection between port and the charger barrel. So it caused a lot of resistance (basically turning it into a resistor) when setting my laptop to high performance (the CPU drawed around 20-30 watts). I kept doing this unknown willingly with three chargers that all had their barrel burned or at least damaged. @Puraw said the charger should be 5.5mm x 1.7mm which atleast two of them was, but still they got damaged.

What now?

I intend to replace the charging port by myself, since it looks as easy as replacing a battery, but my only problem is how do I remove the port itself (the metal part) since it looks firmly attached, so if anyone can teach me I would be very grateful.

Misc. question

Could a faulty or old battery also be the cause?

I recommend bringing your laptop to Acer Services in Manila: 1172-1180 President Quirino Avenue Extension Paco Manila, e-mail aphi.service@acer.com, contact info: https://www.acer.com/ph-en/support/contact-acer/service-contact Include the adapter. Replacing the port needs to be done by a qualified technician, not a DIY job, and they can then also check the motherboard.

I did email aphi.service@acer.com a few months ago, they redirected me to the nearest authorized Acer store. So I don't really understand what I should say to them this time around.

It is on "first come first service" basis, you cannot make an appointment, been there several times but there are more service points now I noticed, go to that address I gave you and show the DC port and the adapter barrel plug, that you worry about the bad contact.
