This should NOT be happening to a new laptop, its either that the LCD cable is faulty or the screen is faulty see parts below. Tell Acer to check those two hardware parts as they are faulty, or you have a magnetic devices or objects near your laptop, such as speakers, magnets, or power cords, you may experience screen artifacts due to the interference with the monitor’s signal, if not then its the gpu, so get Acer to change the mobo under warranty as those artifacts should not be happening.

    Thank you, StevenGen!
They told me that they cannot reproduce my problem in the service,
even though I sent them 8 different films with this problem.
They also sent me a picture of an Acer diagnostic software. I suspect that the problem is related to the GPU, the operating system also freezes when it happens. What is very suspicious, I tried a lot of stress programs and they don't tell me that I have a problem. I want to mention that I installed W11 6 times with different driver installation orders.

That should NOT be happening and imo its the gpu and Acer should change the mainboard with a new one, as its ridiculous that you have to install an OS 6 times and the problem still persists. Insist on Acer changing the mainboard as that is the only fix. Good luck,

Did you try to update the Intel GPU driver? Or does the artifact happen when using the dGPU only?

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

    Hello, AnhEZ28!
The first time I tried with the drivers provided by Acer, the second time I tried with the drivers provided by Intel and the third time I tried with the drivers provided by W11. The problem also occurs with Optimus activated in the bios and with advanced Optimus activated in the Nvidia Control Panel. Every time after I reinstalled the operating system I checked it with SFC and DISM and they reported no problems.
