New Nitro KG271 has a number in the top right hand of the screen? Can I get rid of this and how do I reset the monitor for best settings for normal office work? Thank you.

    Yes, you can use the on screen display menu to change that. If you can tell us just which KG271 model you have we can look in the user manual for you.

    As well as saying it is a KG271 it also says M3biip and UM.HX1AA.302 beyond that I am lost! Sorry.

    Also thanks for answering

    So it's the KG271 series, M3 model with biip options. OK, from the User Manual, in the OSD under Gaming there's an option to display the refresh rate on screen. Just turn that off.

    Thank you. Answered first part of my query but not the "how do I reset the monitor for best settings for normal office work?" part.

    @Nonowt

    You can change the display mode to standard or eco. Or reset the whole monitor setting to default by this procedure:
