Hello, I have a problem with the Acer Nitro 5 an515-44 because when I turned on the laptop today a strange sign appears and disappears, when the sign appears the screen stutters. I've connected my laptop to a second monitor, but nothing happens on the monitor, so I don't think it's a problem with the graphics card, but more with the monitor. Thank you in advance for your reply, I'll post a video of what it looks like

  • Does this problem also occur on the bios screen?

I can't answer right now because once the laptop "warms up" , the marks disappear

Yes, this problem also appears on the bios screen

  • If your computer is not under warranty, try disconnecting the lithium battery and EDP cable from the motherboard. It is also likely that the display is failing.

I'm sorry to write after such a long time, but I have an update in this situation. So after this time the whole screen is black, only a small graft remains on the top of the screens about 8mm, but all the time I used a second monitor, but once I turned on the new cs on the broken monitor, it started to work normally, nothing stuttered, the screen was fine and now I don't know if it's a problem with the screen, cable or drivers, and I can't find the drivers for my model's screen on the acer website.
