I have an older Acer Aspire E15 E5-575 Laptop, model # N16Q2 / E5-575-33BM
We reset the computer to factory start so granddaughter could use it. Suddenly, the track pad is not working. Have tried the hotkey+F5 (or F6) to switch it on/off. It does not do anything.
I have a vague memory of this happening before and the solution involved a driver update.
BUT, when I went to the drivers list for this device, I was presented with a long list of drivers and I have no idea which one(s) I should download and install.
