Giving a Nitro model number of N20C2 number means nothing, yes I know that the laptop is referred to MODEL NO: N20C2 but this number is not used as a reference number, the model reference numbers for the Acer Nitro laptops that are used are and like AN515-XX-XXXX which is where the S/N and SNID numbers are, which is on the back of your Nitro 5 laptop sticker.

A laptop turning off suddenly could be from many causes, have you got anything connected to the USB ports, like a hub as it could be from that, a faulty adaptor, battery, ram or a frozen IO chip, bios chip or a Chipset or it could be an internal power stage circuitry fault that is shortening out and turning your the laptop off.

Do a hard reset by opening the back cover and disconnect and take the main battery out, then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and straight after, short the motherboard BIOS battery plug + & - pins and take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for 1 hour and then reconnect everything and see if the laptop turns off again or has the same symptoms as before, if it does then your laptop needs to be taken to either Acer in your area (especially if its under warranty) or an experienced technician that has the proper micro fixing tools and can diagnose and fix a laptop like the Acer Nitro 5 gaming.
