the original ssd it came with from the store got almost completely erased 3-4 years ago … it had to have been some virusattack

It stopped booting up, "no device" instantly on startup back then. now i get the green acer logo and tried completing a windows installatione but its not working. I was working on installing windows on another computer and i didnt get it to work so for gigglaesd thought i plop this old super-dead old disk in and see….and it started installing.

So i just put it back in VN7 and it wants files and drivers for the boot section…How do i find those i have several different flash drives with recently made usbs with windows installs mady from ISO file directly from windows to rufus > flash-usb. some made with media creation tool. where do i find the right files i need =? and strangest of all, both bios-biospasswords gets rejected when i try…I had them written down on a sticker and put. inside the bottom cover, both both the admin and supervisor. I have the original store-receipt, box and everything to prove it´s mine …

any suggestions? Please help

PS, i tried registering but i had a acer-id before but i think i lost the email back when the vn7 got infected, so it´s registred on that….how do i get in contact with support to explain ??? this website just loops me to more-and-more international pages until im logged out and have to start over…

Tap F2 on startup. Please post a phone photo of the BIOS menu Information tab if possible.

So as you see, I can change the time and password. Is there a way to log on as the overlord? Supervisor I mean

You already set a BIOS supervisor password. So disable secure boot in the Boot tab. Enable the F12 boot option in the Main tab. Then move the USB HDD (#6) to the top of the boot order in the Boot tab for good measure. Then press F10 to save settings and exit the BIOS menu. Turn the machine off by pressing and holding the power button.

Then insert the Windows installation stick. Turn the machine on and immediately start tapping the F12 key to boot from the Windows installation stick. Try installing Windows again. If still no success, we'll use the Window installation stick troubleshooting to try to wipe nvme clean and start over.

yes but It demands another password even if I do put the ONE i KNOW is right and I looked through old papperpile with passwords and I found some some more t has numbers, it could be key's gns, a few different, its like keys ….and only thing It could be is because I managed cram a Linux install on it and there I was in a keyring, but with the massive safety holes of running this bios like it is now I quickly lost control and and yeah
