What is the complete model's name of your laptop, what year and what Windows Version are you running? Uninstall that Intel PCie controller with the yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager. Download DDU freeware from Wagnardsoft.com, stay online and boot to Safe Mode, uninstall all your display drivers with DDU and just reboot, don't install any drivers. Windows will reinstall the best display driver. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

Hello,There appears to be a problem with your system's firmware. To solve this, if your processor is Intel, you need to update your system's chipset with the automatic driver installation tool on Intel's website and restart it.

    If the problem still persists,

right-click on the Intel display screen, click on uninstall device, check the option to delete the driver software for this device and restart. After rebooting, update the Intel chipset again. If Intel and the other video device, namely nvidia, appear in the device manager, install the Intel graphics driver and finally nvidia respectively.

    Please inform me again.

I have already removed it, and tried to install the firmware. Which display should I remove?

Both iGPU (Intel) and dGPU (Nvidia) drivers but not manually, make sure your internet is working and boot to Safe Mode, then uninstall all your video drivers with DDU (see the Intel link I posted above). Don't install anything, just reboot and let Windows10 install the GPU drivers. Question, why are you still on Windows10, all Acer Support drivers for your model support Windows11?
