Acer Nitro KG271U 240Hz not showing up under display settings

I recently purchased a Acer Nitro KG271U Monitor and under display it doesn’t show 240Hz only 169.999Hz. I updated my graphics driver and used the display cord it came with, I plugged it into my graphics card and my monitor under the display ports and still nothing.

Try a different cable. The most recent HDMI standard is 2.1: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/windows-11-refresh-rate-multi-monitors

Hi @WessellArcher I don't know if your computer has DP, does the monitor have it, does it use HDMI or DP? If it is the first and the device has a DP port, please try to see if you can get it with DP.
