I wish to upgrade my SSD on my Aspire 7 laptop, but there is a 'QC OK' sticker on the back.

This QC OK sticker is blocking one of the screws, I am worried if it would get rid of the warranty. I don't wish to take the laptop to a service center and pay a big amount for such a simple upgrade. This is in India, similar questions say that it wouldn't void warranty but they are not from India.

A quality control OK or passed sticker is not the same as a warranty void seal. Please post a phone photo of the sticker if possible. An Acer warranty void seal might look something like the following image.

Hi, Thank you! This is the sticker covering a screw, I am unsure about how the warranty would work in India if I had to remove the screw behind it.

That's not void sticker. Just peel it off & discard. Should be OK. But no 100% guarantees if you break anything or forget to disconnect the battery pack inside.
