Warranty registration is not happening as product is already registered for warranty

Hi I bought laptop on 12th october from Amazon India and received product on 19th October. But when I'm trying to register for warranty, its showing product already registered on september 12th.

  1. Why its coming like this? anyone faced this when you bought from Amazon India?
  2. How to update my correct warranty details?
  3. Is this already used laptop by someone if we are getting like this?

    Please be informed, by default the ship to store/warehouse date would be updated as purchase date. However, you can always contact Acer support in your region and update the correct purchase date.
