As explained by the title, my Aspire 5 recently starting getting poor performance in games - down from 50fps to 20fps regardless of graphics settings, even on barebones games, running at 60fps with frequent spikes to 20 fps. Additionally, even when browsing the web, it's been experiencing audio stuttering and static, though these issues are compounded during other activities.

When typing, it's been having delayed inputs, occasionally the keys will stick on a software side of things. If attempting to use gestures to scroll (2 fingers) it will frequently register as a left click, the cursor will frequently fly across the screen if I attempt to click or move it. These issues do not occur with an external mouse.

Audio stuttering and input issues begin after roughly 60 - 90 minutes uptime, or as soon as I attempt to begin any games or Blender. The CPU clock and usage are normal in task manager, as is all utilisation.

Specs:

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz

16gb 2667mhz SODIMM

NVMe HFM512GDJTNI-82A0A

Intel Iris XE Integrated Graphics

The device is roughly 20-21 months old, purchased in January 2022

All drivers appear to be up to date, I've reset my BIOS settings, I've uninstalled several games, I've done several scans for malware. Any help would be appreciated.
