ACER nitro 5 How to register complaint

My laptop ACER nitro 5 bought in May last year had keyboard problems. Twice they had changed my keyboard throughout the year and even now after my warranty eneded, again the keyboard has gone dead. How can I register complaint?

    I believe you'd have to call Acer.

    This being a community forum is mainly populated by people like you and I, unrelated to the company, it's not an officialy approved Acer support channel. Over the phone they should tell you how to formally file a complain and how it would proceed from there.

    If all else failed, locate the consumer protection agency (or similar) in your country and try filing the complain through them. Maybe someone else comes up with a different answer, but that' the only thing I can think about :/

    my laptop is damaged by acer. I
    complained for keyboard one month ago. acer change my keyboard 5 times due to this have to face some problem in opened and closed the product. hinge has broke from both side left and right due to changing of keyboard more times. acer customer service is very poor. it was taken a lot time to resolved the problem. my LCD panel show some lines and doesn't work. LCD panel come outside with cover due to broken of hinge. my product is on warranty if acer doesn't resolve this problem as soon then i will be take action against acer company.

    Your computers are VERY low quality. I've had two fail on me now for no reason. The first was under warranty so was repaired but i was told today that because the second broken one was 18 months old and out of warranty and suddenly stopped working for no reason, i have no other recourse but to pay $210 to repair even though that is about what the laptop cost new. I am very disappointed in the quality of your products and will let people know online. Beware customers!
