Acer Nitro 5 AN151-57-50SE Is there any way to Overclocking RAM either with or without the bios menu

I have a feeling I know what the answer to this will be but here I go. I recently bought a stick of Crucial 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM. I installed it on my computer without problem, but when I went to check my speed, it was only 2900mhz. Oh, I have to overclock it. Simple. I go into the bios menu but don't see a chipset option or anything like that. Theres no advanced options that I know of. I am on a Acer Nitro 5 AN151-57-50SE. Is there any way to overclock my ram either with or without the bios menu? If not is better to keep the extra 8gb and have a lower frequency, or should I stick with the 8gb 3200mhz.

Is this the early 2020 model or the late 2021 model: "comes with two SODIMMs and they can handle up to 32GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM and this is an improvement (the last year’s device supports 2933 MHz RAM)" see this link:

Just stick with the 3200MHz it will be supported but will run at 2933MHz

No, there isn't, the difference between 2933Mhz and 3200MHz is hardly noticeable, download MaxxMem2 freeware to convert MHz to GBytes/sec average, reading, writing and copying, I consider the writing speed important in system performance, this is the results from a 2667MHz 2x4GB Dual Channel system with a mechanical 2.5" HDD: 32.8 GByte/s is excellent better than some 3200 MHz systems.

The ram that the laptop came with was 3200mhz. When I installed another stick of ddr4 8gb 3200 mhz ram the speed got bumped down to 2900mhz (I know I made a mistake in the post). Is there any way to overclock on this device? It supports 3200mhz, but the ram isn't overclocked and the computer can't overclock ram because it does not have XMP. Is there any way to overclock it without XMP?
