My acer aspire 3's A315-35. battery charge isn't increasing

I have my laptop for 2 and a half years, I hardly ever used it during the first and a half year. But this 2022, it's been on heavy duty since I used it in my classes. I couldn't avoid using it 24/7 and/or while it was charging.

When the semester break came, I haven't opened the laptop for a month and when I did, the indication lights will just lit up but the screen won't open. I ignored it for a while and weeks later the laptop turned on. But the problem is it won't increase the battery percentage. It stays at 6%. I tried every single basic solution I found here. Then I decided to go to repair shop and change the battery. Since other people I know who also use the same laptop and experienced the same problem, did that and it all turns ok for them.

SO, I CHANGE THE BATTERY. I saw that the battery increased when I was at the repair shop. From 6% it went to 35%. When I got home, they told me to use it until 20% and then charge it until it indicates fully charge. I did. But 2 hours later it's still in 20% and much worst that even if I keep the charger plug in, the battery keeps decreasing. It's on 7% right now. I switch power outlet, check the cables, press the power button for 30 seconds and wait 30 minutes to charge again, and yet it is STILL DECREASING.
