Secure Boot won't enable (different question from usual)

I have Secure Boot turned on in the BIOS. However, in msinfo it shows turned off. Also, I can not run any programs that need secure boot to be on, like Valorant. I had this PC setup for dual boot with Ubuntu, hence my SATA mode was AHCI. After removing Ubuntu, I changed it back to RST Premium with Optane. The secure problem is there since I last turned the SATA mode to AHCI and wont go away. Also, even after removing all boot entries and everything related to Ubuntu, I see an option for Ubuntu in Boot Priority Order in BIOS, if that's the problem.
I am attaching as many logs as I could obtain.

Go back into the BIOS menu with the supervisor password. Go to the BOOT tab and enable secure boot again. Then go back to the SECURITY tab and select/enter a UEFI file as trusted for executing. Please post phone photo of ALL THE FOLDERS in the boot drive's EFI file partition if possible.
